Returns:

The return of the products is done within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt at the latest.

Costs are borne by the customer. The return is made by any courier other than the post office.

The watches are covered by a mechanism-only warranty for one year.

If you received a defective product, please contact us immediately by phone at 2311 24 24 19 so that we can guide you in solving the issue! (Mon. - Fri.: 09:00 - 17:00)

* Returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons on the earrings.

* For all other products, you can change or return any product you bought from our online store www.stan-stefan.gr

* Discount Coupons do not apply to changes, while the Products you selected for Change/Order are received at the listed purchase price of the Eshop at the time of completion of the Change/Order.

*When purchasing a discounted product, exchanges are accepted with a correspondingly discounted product from our collection of equal or greater value, from the same collection.

*Change costs are €4.00 and are completed HAND TO HAND.

*In case of a second change, the shipping costs are €6.00

In case of change:
The change is completed within 14 days from the day of receipt. You only contact the company by phone at 2311 242419. The change is completed HAND - HAND, on the day of delivery of the new parcel you will be given the one to replace. Shipping costs for the change are €5.00.

In case of return:
For a refund, the company is only informed by phone at 2311-2242419 within 14 days. Please ship the package first (in the original packaging as received and with all accessories) at your own expense. If you receive an incorrect shipment or a defective product, shipping costs are the responsibility of the company. Always after telephone communication and information.
